Industrial Park opens new entrance

The formal opening of the newly completed road into the city's industrial park was celebrated with a ribbon cutting Friday, September 9. The ribbon was cut by councilman Tony Crawford, chairman of council's industrial committee. Area business leaders along with city officials and members of the Kennett Chamber of Commerce were present for the ceremony. Businesses located in the Industrial Park are Featherlight Manufacturing, Custom Steel Division of Steel Technologies, ARI and C&C Cartage.
