Laverne Marcine White Hase, 83, died Sunday, Aug. 28, 2005, at the Doctors Hospital in Laredo, Texas.

Born Jan. 3, 1922, in Braggadocio, Mo., daughter of the late Arthur C. and Ida Hatley White, she was a graduate of Braggadocio High School.

On Feb. 18, 1946, in Reno, Nev., she married Ralph A. Hase, who survives.

Survivors also include two sons, Ralph A. Hase Jr., of Laredo, Texas and Paul Mark Hase, of Nevada, Mo.; one granddaughter and one grandson.

She was preceded in death by three brothers and two sisters.

Memorial services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 18, at the Abiding Peace Church in Kennett.
