Lillie Mae Wright

Lillie Mae Wright, 82, of Dexter, Mo., formerly of Parma, Mo., died Thursday, Sept. 1, 2005, at Beverly Health and Rehab Services at Dexter.

Born Nov. 19, 1922, at Lake Village, Ark., a daughter of the late Willis McCan and Lusendy Miles McCan, she was affiliated with Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witness.

In Sept. 1978, she married James Wright who survives.

Other survivors include three daughters, Lillie B. Gaines and Jewel Lean Wright, both of Parma, Mable Lee Jackson and husband, Eugene, of Burlington, Iowa; five sons, Sidney Gaines and wife, Dorothy, and Edward Wright and wife, Patricia, all of Burlington, Iowa, Davie Lee Wright Sr. and wife, Alleaner, of Port Huron, Mich., Willie Lee Wright of Parma and Tom Wright and wife, Miriam, of Oceanside, Calif.; 31 grandchildren, 44 great-grandchildren, nine great-great-grandchildren and one great-great-great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by one son, James L. Green; one brother, Leon McCan; one sister, Corarene Ratliff and one grandchild Laquan Demterius Wright.

Visitation will be at 11 a.m. today, Sunday, Sept. 4, at Bradshaw Funeral Home in Malden.

Funeral services are 1 p.m. today at the Bradshaw Chapel with Mr. Allan Laszewski officiating.

Burial will be in Macedonia Cemetery at Malden, Mo.
