Lula Counts

Lula Bell Counts, 64, of Campbell, Mo., died Tuesday, Aug. 30, 2005, at Piggott Community Hospital in Piggott, Ark.

Born July 24, 1941, in Portageville, Mo., daughter of the late Clarence Isbell and Dorothy Huffman Isbell Brand, she was a homemaker and a member of the New Life Pentecostal Church in Campbell.

On Nov. 3, 1959, in New Madrid, Mo., she married Robert Randel Counts, who survives.

Survivors also include five children, Rose Dudley, Randy Counts, Robin Ricks and Gayle Forbes and husband, Mike, all of Campbell and Bobby Counts and wife, Jessica, of Bernie, Mo.; two brothers, Charles "Buddy" Isbell, of Flint, Mich., and Charles "Spanky" Brand, of Galesburg, IL., and 16 grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by one sister, Ollie Porter.

Visitation will be from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday, Sept. 2, at the Landess Funeral Home in Campbell.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., Saturday, Sept. 3, at the Landess Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. George Needham officiating.

Burial will follow at the Woodlawn Cemetery-Landess Addition in Campbell.
