Billy Ray Moody, 66, of Lachine, Mich., died Sunday, Aug. 7, 2005, at his residence.
Born Sept. 30, 1938, son of the late Roy and Gladys Raines Moody, he owned and operated Dixie Glass and Collision in Clio, Mich.
On April 12, 1955, he married Claudette Colbert, who survives.
Survivors also include one son, Billy Ray Moody and wife, Cindy, of Lachine; one daughter, Pamela Jean Howell, of Mt. Morris, Mich.; three brothers, Lloyd Moody and wife, Wilma, and Gene Moody and wife, Wanda, all of Kennett and Charlie Moody and wife, Jane, of Fort Wayne, Ind.; four grandchildren, Scott Brock, of Alpena, Mich., Sharon Dinnan, of Davison, Mich., Jason Moody, of Lachine and Melinda Howell, of Mt Morris and five great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by one brother, Harold.
Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 11, at the O'Guinn Family Funeral Home in Clio with the Rev. Eddie Phillips officiating.
Burial was in the Flint Memorial Park Cemetery.
