Nona Sibyl Jones, 86, of Campbell, Mo., died Saturday, Aug. 6, 2005, at her residence.

Born June 22, 1919, in Clarksville, Ark., daughter of the late James A. and Winnie Elizabeth Chronister Murray, she was a homemaker and a member of the Bethany General Baptist Church in Campbell.

On Oct. 11, 1934, in Russellville, Ark., she married William C. Jones, who preceded her in death on Oct. 12, 1982. She was also preceded in death by one daughter, Lorraine Bryant; two sons, Allen Jones and Robert Ray Jones and one granddaughter.

Survivors include one son, James "Pat" Jones, of Campbell; three daughters, Carolyn Beckham and husband, Larry, of Malden, Naomi Lizenbee, of Bernie, Mo., and Elizabeth Ann Sheets and husband, Milton, of Hammond, Ind.; six grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were held at 10 a.m. Monday, Aug. 8, at the Landess Funeral Home Chapel in Malden, Mo., with the Rev. Bryan Johnson and Mr. Dawsey Lee Brown officiating.

Burial was in the Bethany Cemetery at Campbell.
