Rodney Lee Brown, 68, of Arbyrd, Mo., died Wednesday, July 27, 2005, at his residence.

Born Aug. 16, 1936, in Leachville, Ark., son of the late Samuel Alfred and Myrtle Barnes Brown, he was a U.S. Air Force veteran.

Survivors include one son, Alan Brown, of Havensville, Kan., and two grandchildren, Bill and Katie Brown, of Havensville.

He was preceded in death by two brothers.

Graveside services were held at 2 p.m. Saturday, July 30, at the Lulu Cemetery in Senath with the Rev. Jimmy Gilbert officiating.

Pallbearers were Albert Jordan, Alan Lee Brown, Darrell Lawless, Josh Faulkner, Ronnie Branum and Hugh Wayne Walco.

Honorary pallbearer was James Scott.

McDaniel Funeral Home of Arbyrd was in charge of arrangements.
