Born July 18, 1927, in Malden, son of the late Asa W. and Julia Anderson Pritchett, he was a U.S. Navy veteran, having served in WWII and received the WWII Victory Medal and the American Area Medal. He was a car salesman and a member of the First United Methodist Church in Dexter, Mo.
Survivors include one son, William David Pritchett, of Chester, Va.; one sister, Peggy Trover, of Malden and one sister-in-law, Peggy Pritchett, of Malden.
He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Jack.
Memorial services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, July 30, at the Landess Funeral Home Chapel in Malden with the Rev. Freddie Bowen officiating.
