Marvin Brotherton, 91, of Malden, Mo., died Friday, June 24, 2005 at the Beverly Heath & Rehab in Malden.

Born on March 24, 1914, the son of the late Cleve and Grace Brough Brotherton.

On Oct. 28, 1937, he married Lola Jane Fine, who survives of the home.

Other survivors include two daughters, Pat Hendley and husband Tom, of Bernie, Mo., and Jerri Jenkins of Malden; two brothers, Orville Brotherton of Pomona, Mo., and Robert Brotherton, of West Plains, Mo.; two sisters Florene Mason and Evelyn Brotherton, both of Alma, Ill.; three grandchildren, Quinette Harris and Tommy Hendley, both of Bernie and Todd Jenkins of Malden; seven great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.

Graveside services were held today, Tuesday, July, 12, 2005 at the Rosewood Cemetery in Malden.

Bradshaw Funeral Home of Malden was in charge of services.
