Robert Arvil Ward, 61, of Kennett, died Friday, July 1, 2005, at his residence.

Born Feb. 22, 1944, in Holly Island, Ark., he was the son of the late Jim and May Patterson Ward.

On June 24, 1965, in Frisbee, Mo., he married Paulette Huddleston, who survives of the home.

Survivors also include one son, Robert Anthony Ward, of Kennett; two daughters, Paula Rena Bouck, of Kennett and Cherie Lynn Isaacs, of Russellville, Ark.; three sisters, Madelene Finley, of Kennett, Mary Padulla, of Paragould, Ark., and Ann Penny, of Little Rock, Ark., and seven grandchildren, Mailory, Cortnie and Samantha Bouck, Jarred and Meagan Foster and Abby and Tessha Ward.

Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. today, July 6, at the McDaniel Funeral Home Chapel in Kennett with the Rev. Dale Rickman officiating.

Burial was in the Horner Cemetery at Hornersville, Mo.

Pallbearers were Rick Isaacs, Brad Matheney, Phillip McClish, Dashel Finley, David Moody and Eric Finley.

Honorary pallbearer was Scott Foster.
