James McArthur Hensley, 58, of Risco, Mo., died Friday, June 17, 2005, at his home.
Born Jan. 27, 1947, at Shirley, Ark., a son of Ruby Sowell Hensley of Risco and the late Edward Hensley, he was a member of First United Pentecostal Church of Campbell, Mo., the New Madrid County Alert Team Sheriff Dept. and owner of a body shop.
On March 22, 1966, at Jericho Church, he married Effie Shafer who survives.
Other survivors include seven brothers, Ralph Huggins and wife, Lillian, of Malden, Mo., Jeff Huggins and wife, Deloris, and George Hensley and wife, Lora, all of Tallapoosa, Mo., Jim Hensley of Risco, Don Hensley and wife, Jeannie, of Greenville, Mo., and Doug Hensley and wife, Tammy, of Gideon, Mo.; three sisters, Mary Dordon of Risco, Marilyn Meese and husband, Johnny, of Greenville and Beulah Evans and husband, Jeff, of Risco.
Visitation begins at 6 p.m. today, Sunday, June 19, at Bradshaw Funeral Home in Malden.
Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Monday, June 20, at Bradshaw Chapel with the Rev. George Needham officiating.
Burial in Rosewood Cemetery at Malden.
