Henry Murrell

Henry "Hank" Murrell, 60, of Hornersville, Mo., died Friday, June 3, 2005, at Three Rivers Hospital in Poplar Bluff, Mo.

Born Oct. 23, 1944, in Braggadocio, Mo., son of Mary Manning Murrell and the late Henry B. Murrell, he was a U.S. Air Force veteran.

He married Mary Decker, who survives.

Survivors also include two sons, Tim Murrell and wife, Cindy, of Comfort, Texas and Blaine Murrell, of Poplar bluff; one daughter, Kim McRoy and husband, Steve, of Bloomfield, Mo.; four brothers, Donald and Terry Murrell, both of Bragg City, Mo., Michael Murrell, of Kennett and Joe Murrell, of Corpus Christie, Texas; four sisters, Wilma MacHost and husband, Ben, of Imboden, Ark., Norma "Dot" Taylor, of Campbell, Mo., Delores Rehrer and husband, Robert, of Henderson, N.C., and Kaye Neal and husband, Don, of Harvest Ala., and four grandchildren, Shelby and Triniti Murrell, Travis Hyten and Stephen Settlemire.

Funeral services were held at 10 a.m. Monday, June 6, at the McDaniel Funeral Home Chapel in Kennett with Spencer Furby officiating.

Burial was in the Memorial Gardens Cemetery at Kennett.

Pallbearers were David Earnhart, Kenny and Travis Collins, Mike, Joe and Terry Murrell.

Honorary pallbearers were Richard McRoy, Don Murrell, Don Neal, Paul Decker, Toby Tuggle and Charles Mosley.
