Jack Miller

Jack Miller, 86, of Imperial, Mo., formerly of Risco, Mo., died Tuesday, April 19, 2005, at St. Anthony Medical Center in St. Louis, Mo.

Born April 5, 1919, in Risco, son of the late Arch Calvin and Mary Elizabeth Denis Miller, he was a U.S. Army veteran, having served in WWII. He was a member of the Mt. Zion Jericho Church in Risco.

On March 8, 1958, in Risco, he married Doris Annabel Eagens, who preceded him in death on Nov. 16, 1997.

Survivors include three daughters, Patricia Melton, of Imperial, Sandra Henderson, of Arnold, Mo., and Lisa Rogers, of Madisonville, Ky.; one son, Steve Miller, of Lonedell, Mo.; two brothers, Cliff Miller, of St. Charles, Mo., and Jim Miller, of Ralston, Neb.; three sisters, Loyce Patterson, of Arnold, Viola Maatta, of Nice, Calif., and Lola Goetz, of Ralston; 9 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday, April 22, at the Bradshaw Funeral Home in Malden, Mo.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, April 23, at the Bradshaw Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Charles Pipkins officiating.

Burial will follow at the Park Cemetery in Malden.
