Zelma "Zeb" Jarrett, 87, of Kennett, died Friday, April 15, 2005, at National Health Care in Kennett.
Born July 19, 1917, in Perry County, Ark., she was the daughter of the late William Sylvester and Georgia Anna Baker Worman.
She married Hubert Garrett, who preceded her in death on July 21, 1968. On Dec. 2, 1973, in Kennett, she married Marshall Jarrett, who survives.
Survivors also include one son, Allen Edward Garrett and wife, Shirley, of Kennett; one daughter, Barbara Bronze and husband, Jeff, of Memphis, Tenn.; three step-sons, Bill Jarrett and wife, Diane, of Paragould, Ark., Herman Jarrett and wife, Brenda, of Fort Smith, Ark., and Mark Jarrett, of Walnut Ridge, Ark; one sister, Ora Christine "Ode" White, of Cleveland, Tenn.; five grandchildren, Shari Hill, Gary Garrett, Lara Everett, Tim Brennan and Megan Warr; one step-grandson, Tim Jarrett; six great-grandchildren; one step-great-granddaughter and one great-great-granddaughter.
Funeral services were held at 1:30 p.m. Sunday, April 17, at the McDaniel Funeral Home Chapel in Kennett with the Rev. Charles James officiating.
Burial was in the Cardwell Cemetery at Cardwell, Mo.
Pallbearers were Tim Brennon, Damon Bush, Roger Montgomery, Gary Garrett, Graham Warr, Alfred Holbrook and Bob Holder.
Honorary pallbearers were Tommy Branum, Marvin Rowton and Dallas Allen.
