Born July 18, 1916, in Rolling Fall, Miss., son of the late Albert and Aquilla Wallace Washington, he was a farm laborer.
Survivors include one son, Charles E. Washington, of Hayti; two daughters, Everlean and Marie Washington, both of Toledo, Ohio; two special granddaughters, Cassandra and Tina Washington, both of Toledo; a host of grandchildren; great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were held at 1 p.m. today, Tuesday, April 5, at the Bradshaw Funeral Home Chapel in Hayti with Minister Percy Cannon officiating.
Burial was in the Evergreen Cemetery at Hayti.
