Marjorie June Hepler, 79, of Caruthersville, Mo., died Saturday, March 26, 2005, at the Gideon Care Center in Gideon, Mo.
Born June 11, 1925, in Lonoke County, Ark., daughter of the late Len c. and Edna Woods Allen, she was a member of the Caruthersville Church of the Nazarene.
On Jan. 13, 1950, in Piggott, she married Carmel Hepler Jr., who survives.
Survivors also include one son, Mike Hepler and wife, Vickie, of Caruthersville; two daughters, Edna Carnell Turnbow and husband, William, of Caruthersville and Joan Arnold and husband, John, of Puxico, Mo.; four sisters, Virginia Taylor and Katie Green, both of Diehlstadt, Mo., Audry Marshall, of Charleston, Mo., and Mildred Lester, of Edgerton, Mo.; two brothers, James Allen, of Charleston and Sam Allen, of St. Louis, Mo.; 10 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held at 11 a.m., Tuesday, March 29, at the Caruthersville Church of the Nazarene with the Revs. Kevin Wayne Pittman and Charles Keller officiating.
Burial was in the Little Prairie Cemetery at Caruthersville.
Pallbearers were Michael Hepler Jr., Scott Arnold, Larry and David Carnell, Patrick Dever and Danny Worsham.
John W. German Funeral Home of Hayti, Mo., was in charge of arrangements.
