Jason Phillip Baker, 30, of Campbell, Mo., died Sunday, March 20, 2005, at Twin Rivers Regional Medical Center in Kennett.
Born March 19, 1975, in Poplar Bluff, Mo., son of Karen L. Lindsey Baker and the late James Edward Baker, he was employed at O'Reilly Auto Parts and was of the Baptist faith.
On March 30, 2002, he married Chastity Renee Stanford, who survives of the home.
Survivors also include one brother, Seth Baker, of Jonesboro, Ark.; his mother, Karen Baker, of Campbell; his grandparents, Sylvester and Flora Lindsey, of Campbell and several aunts and uncles.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents.
Visitation will be from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. today, Tuesday, March 22, at the Landess Funeral Home in Campbell.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, March 23, at the Landess Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Tony Wood officiating.
Burial will follow at the Bethany Cemetery in Campbell.
