Elizabeth Euell, 78, of Hayti, Mo., died Friday, March 18, 2005, at the Pemiscot Nursing Home in Hayti.
Born Sept. 15, 1926, in Trenton, Tenn., daughter of the late B.F. and Amelia Pybas Wood, she was bookkeeper for PCA and a member of the Hayti United Methodist Church.
In 1951, in Piggott, Ark., she married H.R. Euell, who survives.
Survivors also include two brothers, Bill Wood, of Garland, Texas and Nathan Wood, of Dallas, Texas; two grandsons, Jay and Travis Sanders, of Hayti and a son-in-law, John Sanders, of Hayti.
She was preceded in death by one daughter, Mary Ann Sanders.
Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Sunday, March 20, at the Hayti United Methodist Church with the Rev. Sue Cubbage officiating.
Burial was in the Woodlawn Cemetery at Hayti.
Pallbearers were Wesley, Steve and Lee Cole, Richard Ashbaugh, John, Jay and Travis Sanders and Mike Stetson.
John W. German Funeral Home of Hayti was in charge of arrangements.
