Josie Lee Taylor, 94, of Cabot, Ark., formerly of Malden, Mo., died Tuesday, March 1, 2005, at Arkansas Hospice Center in North Little Rock, Ark.

Born Sept. 3, 1910, in Piggott, Ark., daughter of the late Jacob and Flora Mae Templeton Bare, she was a sales clerk and a member of the Stokelan Christian Church in Malden.

On July 5, 1928, in Paragould, Ark., she married Morris L. Taylor, who preceded her in death on Nov. 4, 1981. She was also preceded in death by two brothers, Robert and Hubbard Bare and one sister, Mae Gnarro.

Survivors include one daughter, Rhonda Smith and husband, Jimmie, of Jacksonville, Ark.; one son, Morris R. Taylor and wife, Mary Beth, of Jemez Pueblo, N.M.; six grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. today, Wednesday, March 2, at the Bradshaw Funeral Home in Malden.

Graveside services will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, March 3, at the Park Cemetery in Malden with Dan Hargrave officiating.

Memorials may be made to Arkansas Hospice, 5600 West 12th Street, Little Rock, Ark. 72004.
