Sammy Lee Duncan, 48, of Pascola, Mo., died Monday, Feb. 21, 2005, at Twin Rivers Regional Medical Center in Kennett.
Born May 1, 1956, in Lepanto, Ark., son of Lavanie Petigo Duncan and the late Eddie Duncan, he was a factory worker.
Survivors include three sons, James Lee, Raymond and Daniel Duncan; one daughter, Misty Duncan; his mother, Lavanie Duncan, of Pascola; five sisters, Wanda Rickman and husband, Russell, of Kansas City, Mo., Linda Baldwin and husband, Douglas, of Cordova, S.C., Kathyren Mendoza and husband, Luis, of Sacramento, Calif., Christina Dell and husband, Chris, of Brosley, Mo. and Kimberly Howenstine, of Pascola and two brothers, Eddie Duncan Jr., of Wardell, Mo. and Harry Duncan and wife, Edna, of Mountville, S.C.
He was preceded in death by two brothers, William and James Duncan and two sisters, Brenda Duncan and Sherry Cox.
Visitation will be from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. today, Thursday, Feb. 24, at the Bradshaw Funeral Home in Hayti, Mo.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Feb. 25, at the Bradshaw Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Karen Hartung officiating.
Burial will follow at the Woodlawn Cemetery in Hayti.
