S.C. "Bill" Hook, 85, of Kennett, died Tuesday, Feb. 22, 2005, at National HealthCare in Kennett.
Born Nov. 23, 1919, in Bolivar, Mo., he was the son of the late Silas and Ethel Bishop Hook.
On Dec. 25, 1941, he married Arlice Parmenter, who, survives.
Survivors also include one son, Bill C. Hook and wife, Sandy, of Kennett; two grandchildren, Clark Hook, of Franklin, Tenn. and Jason Hook, of Kennett and two great-grandchildren, Tori and Jace Hook.
He was preceded in death by one brother, Paul Hook.
Visitation will be from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. today, Thursday, Feb. 24, at the McDaniel Funeral Home in Kennett.
Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m., Friday, Feb. 25, at the Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Kennett with the Revs. Paul Lanning and Ed Jansson officiating.
