Sammy Duncan

Sammy Lee Duncan, 48, of Pascola, Mo., died Monday, Feb. 21, 2005, at Twin Rivers Regional Medical Center in Kennett.

Visitation will begin at 6 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 24, at the Bradshaw Funeral Home in Hayti, Mo.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Feb. 25, at the Bradshaw Funeral Home Chapel.

Burial will follow at the Woodlawn Cemetery in Hayti.
