Born March 2, 1923, in Naylor, Mo., son of the late Roy and Gladys Hawks Rohlfing, he was a U.S. Army veteran, having served in WWII.
On Dec. 24, 1969, in St. Louis, he married Olita Cason, who survives of the home.
Survivors also include one daughter, Cheryl Finnegan and husband, Dan, of Ventura, Calif.; two grandchildren, Shannon and D.J. Finnegan, both of Ventura and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by one brother, Bill Rohlfing.
Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. today, Tuesday, Feb. 22, at the McDaniel Funeral Home Chapel in Kennett with the Rev. Eric Snipes officiating.
Burial was in the Veteran's Cemetery at Bloomfield, Mo.
Pallbearers were Hubert Snipes, Arlan Hobbs, James Johnson, Jamie Grisham, Henry Gee and Carl Watson.
