Donald E. Tilton, 60, of Kennett, died Sunday, Feb. 20, 2005, at Twin Rivers Regional Medical Center in Kennett.
Born April 8, 1944, in Taylorville, Ill., he was the son of Betty Sims Tilton and the late Arthur Tilton.
On May 20, 1985, in Tulsa, Okla., he married Bonnie Jenkins, who survives of the home.
Survivors also include two sons, James Walker II, of Kennett and Bryan Walker, of Bonne Terre, Mo.; five daughters, Donna Tilton, of Decatur, Ill., Crystal and Candy Tilton, both of Casper, Wy., Dortha Tilton, of Tower Hill, Ill. and DeEtta Tilton, of Taylorville; four brothers, Tom Tilton, of Nevada, Terry Tilton, of Tennessee, Rick Tilton, of Georgia and Lance Tilton, of Illinois; three sisters, Kathy Adams and Brenda Bland, both of Illinois and Pat Gaines, of Salem, Mo., and 18 grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. today, Tuesday, Feb. 22, at the McDaniel Funeral Home in Kennett.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 23, at the McDaniel Funeral Home Chapel with Father Allan Saunders officiating.
Burial will follow at the Gregory Cemetery in Kennett.
Pallbearers are Donald Jackson, T.J. and Rocky Gardner, James Golden, James Walker, Jeremy Biggs, Charles Martin and Lee Tilton.
