Beulah Irene Johnson, 91, of Kennett, died Monday, Feb. 14, 2005, at her residence.
Born Sept. 30, 1913, in Hollywood, Mo., she was the daughter of the late William Henry and Minnie Belle Lomax Allen.
On Sept. 21, 1933, in Cardwell, Mo., she married Joseph Johnson, who preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by one sister, Katie Marie Allen and one grandchild.
Survivors include two sons, Joe W. Johnson and wife, Charlotte and Billy W. Johnson, all of St. Louis; one daughter, Mary Ann Glasscock and husband, Earnest, of Rocky Mount, Mo.; two sisters, Wilta Brinsfield and Dolly Mae Angel, both of Kennett; six grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren and 11 great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. today, Wednesday, Feb. 16, at the Christ Gospel Church in Kennett with the Rev. Tommy Swift officiating.
Burial was in the Oak Ridge Cemetery at Kennett.
Pallbearers were Mike Christman, Zachary and Justin McCauley, Mike Christman, Jr., J.J. Ford and Matthew Bullington.
