Mable Jewell Berry, 100, of Jonesboro, Ark., died Sunday, Feb. 6, 2005, at St. Elizabeth Place in Jonesboro.
Born Jan. 23, 1905, in Okolona, Miss., daughter of the late James Martin Lloyd and Lena Zela McInnis Lloyd, she was a member of the Church of Christ in Jonesboro.
On Dec. 19, 1934, she married John Evans Berry in Manilla, Ark., who preceded her in death on Aug. 4, 1979.
Survivors include two daughters, Kay Stanley of Paola, Kansas and Maxine Pope of Jonesboro, Ark.; one son, James Berry of Jonesboro, Ark.; 14 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren and 10 great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a son, Harold Hamilton; one great-grandson, Zach Homrighaus; one brother, Eddie Lloyd; four sisters, Linda Harris, Mary Langoitti, Ruth Hedge and Ruby Barrett.
Visitation will be from 12 p.m. till service time today, Tuesday, Feb. 8, at the Bradshaw Funeral Home in Malden, Mo.
Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. today, Tuesday, Feb. 8, at the Memorial Park Cemetery in Malden.
