Pat "Mier" Stanley, 78, of Hayti, Mo., died Friday, Feb. 4, 2005 at her residence.
Born Sept. 1, 1926, in Wardell, daughter of the late Charles A. and Dollie Lee Russell Haynes, she was retired from Pemiscot Memorial Hospital. She was a member of the Caruthersville First Baptist Church.
Survivors include two daughters, Deanna Maclin and husband, Jerry, of Hayti and Billie Pat Hodel and husband, Mike, of Hayti; two grandsons, Stan Maclin and Kyle Fry; two great-grandchildren, Cade Maclin and Abbi Fry; one brother, Jess Haynes of Troy, Mo.; one sister, Clodine Haynes Smith of Clearwater, Fla. and one adopted son, Allen Taylor and wife, Brenda, of Hayti.
She was preceded in death by two brothers, Charles and Loubie Haynes and three sisters, Mable Singer, Myrtle Bridges and Ruth Till.
Funeral services were held at 3 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 6 in the Caruthersville First Baptist Church with Dr. James Adams officiating.
Burial was held in the Pemiscot Memorial Gardens Cemetery near Caruthersville.
John W. German Funeral Home of Hayti was in charge of services.
Pallbearers were Wayne Brantley, Danny Capps, Nick Cartee, Jim DeReign, Paul Midkiff and Jim Wilson.
