Born May 12, 1925, at Piggott, a son of the late Joe and Ethel George Rodery. A retired farmer, he was a U.S. Army veteran serving during World War II and member of First Baptist Church of Campbell.
On Dec. 27, 1946, at Piggott, he married Neoma Gurlen who survives.
Other survivors include two sons, Terry Rodery and wife, Lana, of Kingdom City, Mo., and Stanley Rodery and wife, Mary, of Campbell; one daughter, Donna Rodery of Campbell; one sister, Anna Lee Nichols of Piggott; two brothers, Hillard Rodery of Cartersville, Ga. and Carlos Rodery of Brighton, Mich.; four grandchildren, Matthew Rodery of Kingdom City, Bradley Rodery of Conway, Ark., Lindy Rodery and Rachel Rodery of Campbell; two great-grandchildren, Maddison Rodery and Makenna Rodery of Kingdom City.
He was preceded in death by two sisters, Ruth Fortner and Rachel Fortner; and three brothers, Floyd Rodery, Wayne Rodery and Paul Rodery.
