Leola Y. Johnson, 70, of Hayti, Mo., died Wednesday, Dec. 29, 2004, at her residence.

Born Sept. 11, 1934, in Waverly, Ark., daughter of Viola Lang, of Hayti and the late Albert Wright, she was a homemaker.

Survivors also include one son, Maurice Wright of Virginia Beach, Va.; three grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were held at 1 p.m. today, Tuesday, Jan. 4, 2005, at Faith Temple Church of God in Christ with Elder Courtney Sanders officiating.

Burial was in the Evergreen Cemetery at Hayti.

Bradshaw Funeral Home of Hayti was in charge of arrangements.
