Norman Ray Kersey, 53, of Cardwell, Mo., died Sunday, Jan. 2, 2005, at Twin Rivers Regional Medical Center in Kennett.
Born June 13, 1951, in Lafe, Ark., he was the son of Cleates Kersey, of Paragould, Ark. and the late Loretta Hill Kersey.
On June 8, 1973, in Walnut Ridge, Ark., he married Diane Turner, who survives of the home.
Survivors also include two sons, Tony and Standley Kersey, both of Cardwell; two brothers, Jerry and Freddie Kersey, both of Paragould; four sisters, Faye Warner, Diane Holt and Peggy Walker, all of Paragould and Elvie Lanewater, of Jonesboro, Ark. and six grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by one daughter, Judy Ann Huckabee and several brothers and sisters.
Visitation will be Tuesday, Jan. 4, 2005, at the McDaniel Funeral Home in Senath, Mo.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 5, at the Trinity Community Church in Cardwell with the Rev. Kevin Knox officiating.
Burial will follow at the Cardwell Cemetery.
Pallbearers are Don Kersey, Mike Turner, Frank Oden, Jerry Kersey, Artist Rouse, George Conway, Matt Huckabee and Tim Turner.
