Samuel Simmons

Samuel Dean Simmons, 37, of Malden, Mo., died Thursday, Dec. 30, 2004 in Malden.

Born January 7, 1967, in Redbud, Ill., he was the son of the late James Franklin and Velma Lee Tanner Simmons.

Survivors include one daughter, Tasha Simmons of Newton, Miss.; three brothers, James Simmons of Bowling Green, Mo., Dickie Simmons of Malden and Daniel Simmons of Malden and one grandson, Joseph Woods of Newton, Miss.

Funeral services were today, Tuesday, Jan. 4, 2005 at the Bradshaw Funeral Chapel in Malden.

Burial was held at the Rosewood Cemetary in Malden.
