Peggy Chailland Hill, 76, of Caruth, Mo., died Sunday, Dec. 26, 2004, at St. Vincent Medical Center in Little Rock, Ark.
Born on Dec. 8, 1928 in Kennett, she was the daughter of the late Conard and Bessie Wills Brown.
She married Eugene Hill and Paul Chailland who preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by two brothers, Wimp and Jim Brown.
Survivors include two sons, Dennis and Ricky Chailland of Kennett, Mo.; three daughters, Paula Keen of Memphis, Tenn., Debbie Deck of Senath, Mo. and Toni Creed of Kennett; four brothers, Willard Brown of Green Valley, Ill., Burly Brown of Dexter, Mo., Frank Brown of Kennett and Ron Brown of Tupelo, Miss.; three sisters, Roberta Champ of Kennett, Norma Taylor of Beaver Creek, Ohio and Teresa Tate of Jonesboro, Ark.; seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Visitation services were 12 p.m. today , Tuesday, Dec. 28 at McDaniel Chapel in Kennett.
Funeral services were 2 p.m. today, Tuesday, Dec. 28 at McDaniel Chapel in Kennett with the Rev. Jack Allen officiating.
Burial was in Memorial Gardens in Kennett.
Honorary pallbearers were Nathan Creed, Neil Creed, Brad Chailland, Nick Roberts, Tommy Tate and Gene Felker.
