Levi Edmundson

Levi B. Edmundson, 96, of Malden, Mo., died Monday, Dec. 20, 2004, at General Baptist Nursing Home at Campbell.

Born Dec. 12, 1908, at Puxico, Mo., a son of the late Sam and Martha Caldwell Edmundson, he was a retired farmer and a member of the Bethany General Baptist Chuch of Campbell.

On April 4, 1931, at Malden, Mo., he married Earie Ellen Banks, who survives.

Other survivors are one daughter, Luella Thompson Evans and husband, C.O., of Campbell; three grandchildren, Larry Thompson, Darrell Thompson and Debbie Baker; three great-grandchildren, Mike, Damron and Misty; four great-great-grandchildren, Hailey, Katy, Kaden and Blake; three step-grandchildren and seven step-great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by four brothers, Herb Edmundson, Marion Edmundson, William Edmundson, Robert Edmundson, a twin brother at birth and three sisters, Lucy Henson, Bertie Cox and Macie Cox.

Visitation will be 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. today, Tuesday, Dec. 21, at Landess Funeral Home of Campbell.

Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 22, at Landess Funeral Chapel with C.O. Evans officiating.

Burial will be in Bethany Cemetery at Campbell.
