Born July 24, 1941, in Corning, Ark., son of the late Samuel Lee "Bee" and Genevie Bragg Hinklin, he was a truck driver.
Survivors include three sons, Kevin Hinklin, of Fillmore, Calif., Eric and Derick Hinklin, both of Steele; two daughters, Donna Khoury, of Santa Paula, Calif. and April Hinklin, of Steele; two brothers, Billie Gene Hinklin, of Steele and Donnie Lynn Hinklin, of Cooter, Mo.; four sisters, Diane Pierce, of Cooter, Patricia Rogers, of Armorel, Ark., Joyce Sneed, of Arkansas and Debbie Hinklin, of Memphis and 11 grandchildren.
Graveside services were held at 11 a.m. today, Tuesday, Dec. 14, at the Mt. Zion Cemetery in Steele.
Bradshaw-Powell Funeral Home of Steele was in charge of arrangements.
