Velma Simmons, 64, of Malden, Mo., died Tuesday, Nov. 16, 2004, at her residence.

Visitation will begin at 6 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 18, at the Bradshaw Funeral Home in Malden.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, Nov. 19, at the Bradshaw Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Mark Powell officiating.

Burial will follow at the Memorial Park Cemetery in Malden.
