Betty Chailland Felker, 82, of Malden, Mo., died Friday, Nov. 5, 2004, in the General Baptist Nursing Home at Campbell, Mo.

Born March 11, 1922, at Kennett, a daughter of the late Ed Amy and Verna Evans Chailland she was a homemaker and member of First Southern Baptist Church at Malden.

On July 31, 1942, at Kennett, she married Russell Vernon Felker who preceded her in death Feb. 28, 1996. She was also preceded in death by seven brothers and sisters.

Survivors include one daughter, Ruth Easton of Poplar Bluff, Mo., one son, Terry Felker of Malden; two grandchildren, Shannon Hewitt of Poplar Bluff and Erin Easton of Cape Girardeau, Mo.; one great-granddaughter, Morgan Hewitt of Poplar Bluff.

Visitation will be 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. today, Sunday, Nov. 7, in Landess Funeral Home Chapel at Malden.

A memorial service will be at 3 p.m. in the Landess Chapel.
