Dale Samples, 38, of Arbyrd, Mo., died Tuesday, Nov. 2, 2004, at Kennett.

Born Aug. 12, 1966, at Kennett, he was the son of the late Johnny Ray and Earline Rethal Potter Samples.

Survivors include one daughter, Kristen Lynn McDaniel, of Kennett; four brothers, Ricky, Larry and Chris Samples and Jimmy Russell, all of Kennett and one sister, Anita Street, of Kennett.

He was preceded in death by two brothers, Jack Samples and Michael Ray Eades.

Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. today, Nov. 4, at the McDaniel Funeral Home Chapel in Kennett with the Rev. Glyn Davis officiating.

Burial was in the Gregory Cemetery at Kennett.

Pallbearers were Rick Samples, Jimmy Russell, Greg Kelley, John Stacey, Gary Rogers and Bob Trosper.

Honorary pallbearers were Johnny Brooks, Tyler Samples, Mike Street and Clifford McRill.
