Amanda Beth and Tim James Lowry of Senath, Mo., announce the birth of their daughter, Stacey Michelle Lowry, born Oct. 15, 2004, at Saint Francis Medical Center's Family BirthPlace in Cape Girardeau, Mo.

She weighed 7 pounds and 8 ounces and was 19 inches long.

She is the granddaughter of Kevin and Judy Casey and Pamela Williams and Daniel O'Dell, all of Senath.

She was welcomed home by a big sister.
