Born April 11, 1917, in Senath, Mo., son of the late Louis and Clearsie Rosenbaum Ford, he was a U.S. veteran, having served in WWII and was in the construction business. He was a member of the First Baptist Church in Arnold and a member of the Mattese Republican Club.
Survivors include two sons, Terrell Ford and wife, Teri, of Gillisphie, Ill. and Michael Ford and wife, Deborah, of High Ridge, Mo.; two daughters, Demetra Sue Kohler and husband, Keith, of Arnold and Karen Bowling and husband, Keith, of Pevely, Mo.; two sisters, Imogene Sherrod and husband, Jessie and Gwen Horton, all of Senath, Mo.; 13 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy Ford.
Visitation will be held from 2 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 16 at the Providence Baptist Church in Kennett.
Memorial services will be held at 3:30 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 16, at the Providence Baptist Church with the Rev. Nathan Primm officiating.
