Gerald Wayne Holt, 66, of Senath, Mo., died Saturday, Oct. 9, 2004, at the Arkansas Methodist Medical Center in Paragould, Ark.
Born Oct. 22, 1937, in Senath, he was the son of the late Alvis and Frances Elizabeth Hart Holt.
On June 30, 1979, he married Juanita Creed, who survives of the home.
Survivors also include two sons, Ricky Holt and wife, Deana, of Paragould and Verlon Phelps and wife, Brenda, of Kennett; two daughters, Liza Montgomery, of Cardwell, Mo. and Mary Lou Kirby, and husband, Bill, of Kennett; one brother, Gaylon Holt, of Walnut Ridge, Ark.; nine grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by three brothers, J.C., Winfred and Bobby Holt.
Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. today, Tuesday, Oct. 12, at the McDaniel Funeral Home Chapel in Senath with the Rev. Troy Alley officiating.
Burial was in the Memorial Gardens Cemetery at Kennett.
Pallbearers were Verlon Phelps, Larry Price, Sam Bass, Freddie Chandler, Allen Brewer and Bill Kirby.
