Corbin Taykowski, 16, of Cabot, Ark., died Sunday, Sept. 26, 2004, near Cabot.

Visitation will begin at 6 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 30, at the Bradshaw Funeral Home in Malden, Mo.

Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, Oct. 1, at the Bradshaw Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Jack Allen officiating.

Burial will follow at the Stanfield Cemetery in Clarkton, Mo.
