David Thomas Wilson, 40, of Kennett, died Monday, Sept. 13, 2004, at Hayti, Mo.

Born Dec. 12, 1963, in Kennett, son of Dewey Wilson and Norma Watson, he was a U.S. Navy veteran.

Survivors include his father, Dewey Wilson, of Senath, Mo.; his mother, Norma Watson, of Kennett; one son, Brian Thomas Wilson, of Kennett; two daughters, Lauren Elizabeth Adams, of Holcomb, Mo. and Audria Kay Wilson, of Kennett; one brother, Howard Bailey, of Kennett; one sister, Mary Sue Strickland, of Kennett; five nephews, Benjamin Hall, of Kennett, Jeff, Brad and Scotty Bailey, of Kennett and Christopher Holt, of Deering, Mo. and two nieces, Samantha Lance, of Kennett and Cassie Moles, of Springfield, Mo.

Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. today, Thursday, Sept. 16, at the McDaniel Funeral Home Chapel in Kennett with the Rev. Bud Evans officiating.

Burial was in the Oak Ridge Cemetery at Kennett.

Pallbearers were Jimmy Faulkner, Ralph O'Neal, Shawn Clevenger, Tony Strickland, Kenny Lyell and Nick Branum.

Honorary pallbearers were Charlie Barnhill and Jeff Bailey.
