Lester Carlton Walker, 77, of Campbell, Mo., died Monday, Sept. 13, 2004, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau, Mo.
Born Dec. 13, 1926, in Risco, Mo., son of the late Orville Lester and Carrie Carlton Walker, he was of the Assembly of God faith.
On Nov. 5, 1946, in Yuma, Ariz., he married Pearline Evans, who survives of the home.
Survivors also include three daughters, Patsy Miller, of Poplar Bluff, Mo., Barbara Haynes and husband Clarence Edwin, of Malden, Mo., and Margaret Testeau and husband, Allen, of Campbell; three brothers, Freeman Walker and wife, Martha, of Bloomfield, Mo., George Walker and wife, Shirley, of Puxico, Mo., and Junior Walker and wife, Ditsey, of Barnhart, Mo.; one sister, Connie Maquls and husband, Dennis, of Puxico; four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Visitation will begin at 6 p.m. today, Wednesday, Sept. 15, at the Bradshaw Funeral Home in Malden.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 16, at the Bradshaw Funeral Home Chapel with the Revs. Dale Shoup, N.A. Haynes and Clyde Turner officiating.
Burial will follow at the Bethany Cemetery in Campbell.
