Nellie Barnett, 92, of Campbell, Mo., died Saturday, Sept. 4, 2004, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau, Mo.

Born June 27, 1912, in Batesville, Ark., daughter of the late Ike and Victoria Wells, she was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith.

On June 10, 1927, she married Everett Leslie Barnett, who preceded her in death on Dec. 20, 1973. She was also preceded in death by one son, Leslie Barnett; three daughters, Lynn Martin and Mary and Pauline Barnett; three brothers; one sister and one grandson.

Survivors include three sons, two sons, Ed Barnett, of Campbell and Ray Barnett, of Parker, Ariz.; five daughters, Jo Ann Rodery, of Bernie, Mo., Eve Krausch, of Cedar Hill, Mo., Lois Wink, of Florissant, Mo., Bernice Kabak, of Melhville, Mo. and Faye Ochman, of Texas and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. today, Tuesday, Sept. 7, at the Landess Funeral Home Chapel in Campbell with the Rev. Phillip Bartholomew officiating.

Burial was in the Woodlawn Cemetery at Campbell.
