Lula Mae Lowery, 96, of Kennett, died, Tuesday, Aug. 10, 2004, at Twin Rivers Regional Medical Center in Kennett.

Born July 19, 1908, in Heber Springs, Ark., she was the daughter of the late William and Jane McDearmon Kemp.

She married Acy Lowery, who preceded her in death on May 4, 1994. She was also preceded in death by one daughter in infancy and several brothers and sisters.

Survivors include three sons, Wendell Wildmon, of San Jose, Calif., Doyce Wildmon, of West Point, Calif. and Weldon Wildmon, of Pleasington, Calif.; one daughter, Pauline Schmitt, of Placentia, Calif.; four grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.

Graveside services were held at 10 a.m. Monday, Aug. 16, at the Stanfield Cemetery in Clarkton, Mo. with James Powell officiating.

McDaniel Funeral Home of Kennett was in charge of arrangements.

Pallbearers were family members.
