Pfeffer is a 2004 graduate of Kennett High School in Kennett. During her high school softball career, Pfeffer racked up 10 career no-hitters, and a .507 career high school batting average. She was all-conference in 2003 and 2004 and her high school team was the Bootheel Conference tournament champions in 2004. Pfeffer will be a pitcher for the Lady Trojans.
"We are very excited about having Patricia join us for next season," said HLG softball coach Dan Hurst. "She is an outstanding player, a very good student, and a great young lady. Her pitching skills will allow her make an immediate contribution to our program. As she becomes more familiar with the college level I see her being very successful. Our team for next season looks very promising and the addition of a quality player like Patricia gives us reassurance that HLG softball is ready to challenge the top teams in the conference."
Patricia is the daughter of Byron and Elaine Pfeffer of Kennett.
