Daisy Marie Inman, 92, of Hayti, Mo., died Saturday, July 17, 2004, at the South Ridge Nursing Home in Heber Springs, Ark.
Born Feb. 22, 1912, in Dunklin County, daughter of the late Elmer and Malissa Oliver Stanfill, she owned and operated Inman's Grocers in Hayti and was a charter member of the Calvary Baptist Church in Hayti.
On Aug. 4, 1933, in Commerce, Mo., she married Luther Inman, who preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by one son, Jimmy Inman and nine brothers and sisters.
Survivors include one son, Bill Inman and wife, Kay, of Heber Springs; one brother, Bert Stanfill, of Kennett; two sisters, Virginia Haubold, of Marston, Mo. and Irene Myers, of Rockford, Ill.; nine grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. Monday, July 19, at the John W. German Funeral Home in Hayti, Mo. with the Keith Inman officiating.
Burial was in the Woodlawn Cemetery at Hayti.
Pallbearers were Curt Sanders, Randall and Sam Franks, Robert Keen, Todd Nettleton and Richard Ashbaugh.
