Nina Maxine Pender, 68, of Kennett, died Friday, July 16, 2004, at her residence.
Born October 5, 1935, daughter of the late Wilburn and Floy Flood Martin, she was a homemaker and of the Pentecostal Faith.
On November 5, 1953, she married Arch Pender, who preceded her in death on September 25, 1990.
Survivors include four sons, Arch Pender, of Kennett, Jimmy Pender, of Ark., Donald Pender, of Senath, and Larry Pender, of Kennett; four daughters, Catherine Ragland, of Kennett, JoAnn Burns, of Kennett, Mary Ragland, of Kennett, and Billie Rivera, of Marked Tree, Ark.; three brothers, Ernest Martin, of Wichita, Kan., Doyle Martin, of Kennett, and Bob Martin, of Senath; 25 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by two daughters, Nancy Pender and Charlean Ellis; one son, Dennis Pender; five grandchildren, Sammy Lee Ragland, Samantha Ragland, Oliver Ragland, Christopher Ellis, and Velma Reder; one sister, Wandeana Dunigan; four brothers, Arley, Bill, Jack, and Jerry Martin.
Visitations were held Monday, July 19 at Bradshaw Funeral Home of Kennett.
Funeral services were held at, today, Tuesday, July 20, at Bradshaw Chapel in Kennett with the Reverend Kelvin Standley officiating.
Burial followed in the Senath Cemetery.
