Shirley Ann Collins Rickman, 64, of Senath, Mo., died Saturday, July 10, 2004, at her residence.
Born Jan. 3, 1940, at Bucoda, Mo., daughter of the late Jewell Gid and Mamie Caroline Hart Collins, she worked at Emerson Electric before retiring and was a member of the Missionary Baptist Church in Bucoda.
She married Ralph Rickman, who preceded her in death on April 26, 1983. She was also preceded in death by one grandson, Nathan Dial; three brothers, Bobby, Gary and Jewell Gid Collins and two sisters, Betty Collins and Melba Pender.
Survivors include one son, Steven Rickman and wife, Lee Ann, of Sumter, S.C.; two daughters, Rita Westerfield and husband, Keith and Lisa Davis and husband, Bruce, all of Kennett; one step-son, Ricky Rickman and wife, Denise, of St. Louis, Mo.; three brothers; Jimmie Collins, of Kennett, Roger Collins, of Eureka, Mo., and Lannie Collins, of Cabot, Ark.; one sister, Murl Proffer, of Jonesboro, Ark. and nine grandchildren, Bryce Colby Rickman, Tommy and Scott Cooper, Jeremy Westerfield, Scott, Sarah, Audra and Tosha Davis and Mackenzie Rickman.
Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. today, July 13, at the First Baptist Church in Senath with the Rev. Derek Combs officiating.
Burial was in the Senath Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Joe Bost, Robert Davis, Sean Brooks, Joe Lane, John Raines and Jeff Tripod.
Honorary pallbearers were Bud and Myrtle Brooks, Warren and Sue Rickman, Anna Lee Brown, Blanche Martin and Barbara and Bernard Hawkins.
