Marion "Pepsi Pete" Crisel, 76, of Kennett, died Thursday, June 24, 2004, at Twin Rivers Regional Medical Center in Kennett.
Born Jan. 21, 1928, in Kennett, son of the late Charles and Gladys Bolden Crisel, he served in the U.S. Navy during World War II.
He married Una Lois Forbus who preceded him in death. He later married Barbara S. Wickerham who survives.
Other survivors include four sons, Mike Crisel of Irving, Texas, Danny Vannesdall of Mounds, Okla., Keith Farmer of Summitt, Ark. and Brian Farmer of Paragould, Ark.; ten daughters, Linda Miller of Overland, Mo., Cindy Richardson of Poplar Bluff, Mo., Linda Vannesdall of Branson, Mo., Beverly Wilburn and Marian Luttrell both of Kennett, Brenda McCluskey of Rector, Ark., Pansy Freese of Ware, Ill., Teresa Taylor of White Oak, Mo., Carol Bost of Senath, Mo., and Tammy Mattingly of Campbell, Mo., one brother, Buddy Crisel of Scottsdale, Ariz., one sister, Raydena Rather of Memphis, Tenn., 30 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services are 2 p.m. today, Sunday, June 27, at McDaniel Funeral Service Chapel in Kennett with the Rev. Charles Avants officiating.
Burial will be in Oak Ridge Cemetery at Kennett.
Pallbearers are Bill Mattingly, Justin Mattingly, Earl Luttrell, Lance Mabry, Sammy Young and Joey Yount.
Patricia Ann Jones, 63, of Kennett, died Saturday, June 26, 2004, at St. Bernards Regional Medical Center in Jonesboro, Ark.
